The P Series is ideal for producing multi-cavity, thin-wall packaging items, offering high production efficiency for thin-wall containers. Yizumi delivers customized turnkey solutions for a variety of clients. Clamping forces range from 2,500 to 5,500 kN.

The Clamping Unit features a unique large beveled crosshead toggle design, which optimizes force transfer, reduces platen deformation, and extends the service life of the machine, ensuring consistent product quality. The Injection Unit adopts a horizontal dual-carriage design to eliminate turning torque, providing stable and reliable injection. Additionally, the high-speed mold opening/closing proportional valve enhances operational efficiency by ensuring quick mold movements.

The Control System provides fast processing speeds, optimized control rates, and excellent repetitive accuracy for stable product quality. It features a 10-inch full-color touchscreen with an intuitive interface. The system supports multi-stage injection and plasticizing functions for process improvement, as well as production management and monitoring capabilities. It also allows seamless communication with peripheral equipment and incorporates online quality monitoring aligned with Industry 4.0 standards.
